Backup Number for 4254366200

Our dial in phone number doesn’t work, is there a backup phone number for 425-436-6200?

We apologize for any inconvenience that you or your participants have experienced recently. There is currently a known issue where AT&T, Verizon, and other major carriers are not properly connecting their users into their conference calls. We strongly encourage you to open a trouble ticket with your carrier and demand that they connect you into your conference line. As a workaround, please utilize the backup number below. The backup number is used to reroute your call through a different call path, potentially giving you a better and stronger connection into the conference line.

Backup number instructions:

  1. Dial backup number (951) 262-7373
  2. You will now be prompted to dial the original dial-in number
  3. You will now be prompted to enter the access code

These issues are directly related to a new FCC order that is going into effect 1/11/2020. You can also reach out directly to the FCC with your concerns. They have an online complaint form you can access by going .

We are also asking our customers to reach out to the FCC on our behalf, it you go to our web site here and click on the link at the top of the page we have set up a really easy way for you to email your FCC commissioners to let them know what you think.

Lastly, please hashtag #savefreeconferencecall on your social media handles to spread awareness.

Is there a way to just get a new number? … i have a colleague that has another number and his works just fine.

Unfortunately a new number will not resolve the issue. The issue that is happening is not with the conference dial in number, it is due to the phone providers.

You may also use our desktop application or smartphone application if you would like to avoid using your phone line. Thank you.

If you want to use a backup number please consider using this page:

It may help to give you and your participants a number for your meeting (i.e. access code included) that works 24h
Or it may give you a current alias for your conference number (access code not included) that will work extended period of time (weeks or months)
