Audio dropping out

Hi, I just started working with a church that is using this service for their translation service during church.

Unfortunately the audio is dropping out during the service for minutes at a time. There is no pattern to this and happens randomly. The person who is doing the translation monitors the signal directly form the mic but not what is being streamed.

First, what are some reasons why drop outs would be happening?

Second, is there a way to monitor what is actually going out the stream, either by listening or just metering?

Usually it depends on internet speed. You can check your internet connection in FCC app by clicking on “check connection” button on the main page.
