Hello, I wanted to know if there is a fix to provide clearer quality for mp3 files uploaded to the broadcaster?

Here’s the issue I ran into:
I uploaded two mp3 song files to the broadcaster and did a test video call with a friend to hear the sound quality. The friend had perfect wifi quality connection but both mp3 song files buffered (went in and out) at certain points. I should add that during the broadcast, I also shared my screen to show a PowerPoint to share lyrics to the mp3 songs being broadcasted. Is this issue normal? How can I fix it?

The issue of buffering can be caused by the internet browser you are using, we suggest to use either Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox as those work best with our system. At times we see the other browsers such as Safari and Internet explorer causes issue when attempting to use certain features.
