How do I access transcriptions; where are they stored?
Hello,
To get a transcription of your conference call, the call has to be recorded. If you did record your conference call you will need to request to transcribe your recording.
To transcribe your recording you will need to log into your account online. Once you are in you will then go to your “History & Recordings” page. On your History & Recordings page, you will see the recorded conference call. You will then click on the speaker or film strip icon. On the recording player window, you will then click on the “Keywords” button. Next, you will click on the blue “Request” button to get a transcription of your recorded meeting. Please give the system 10 - 20 minutes to transcribe your recording. If you have any other questions please contact our 24-hour customer care at 1-844-844-1322. Thank you.
We would also like to inform you about our Conference Keywords-Advanced subscription option. For $7/month, our system will automatically transcribe every recorded conference. You will also be able to search for keywords in each recording, saving you time and energy looking for key moments as opposed to searching a transcription on written text. Additionally, this option is great for transcribing interviews and meetings. As video interviews and meetings surge in the business world, audio to text is becoming an important feature for top companies.
You can add this feature by logging into your account and scrolling down to the upgrades section.
How do we download the audio transcript?
there is no way to download the transcript. I think we shall add this feature soon.
Thank you,
Eugene.
