Did not receive Freeconferencecall Detail report

Assume it is sent to the owner email of the account by default. I am having it sent to one additional email address. Not received at either address. Any ideas?

Both email addresses are Gmail addresses. Gmail had an outage yesterday right around the time we finished our meeting: https://9to5google.com/2020/12/15/gmail-address-not-found/. I suspect that was the issue.
