I have been having a problem on my conference calls with dropped callers for the last month. I don’t think this is just their cell service. On two separate days, between 5 to 10 callers were all dropped at the same time. Just today, 5 or six calls were dropped, though I don’t think it was at the same time today. Also, when this happens those that are dropped all report having trouble getting back on, getting busy signals or messages when they call back.

We found your dropped calls. There is no indication that the problem happened on our end. Please keep reporting problems if they persist. This helps us to escalate the problem to the upstream carrier.
