I noticed that the FCC application generates very high CPU usage during screen sharing. It’s high enough that I’m unable to open a web browser to provide training or even demonstrations.
Windows 10 v1909 x64 running native Edge browser.

I am having the same issue on a Macbook Pro running OS Mojave 10.14.3. 140% CPU utilization when screen sharing (didn’t even know that was possible!)
Hello,
Mac shows utilization of your cores
I.e if your cpu has 4 cores - the max load is 400%
Running the meeting with video and screen sharing will load your CPU, older the CPU higher the load.
The question here is what load we shall consider acceptable.
The easiest way to asses this is to compare our performance with similar applications under the same use case (let’s say Skype)
If there is nothing special happening on your computer that affects our performance you shall see similar numbers from Skype
Thank you,
Eugene
