I have participants who raise their hands using 941 when they are on their phones. I’m on my computer hosting the event but cannot figure out how to lower the hand after I unmute that individual and speak with them. How do I lower the hand after speaking with that person so that I know when they raise their hand again?
You can control raising/lowering hands using Web controls or Free Conference Call desktop/Mobile app
Thank you. I have investigated this . . .if I am where you were suggesting, but it seems to me that only the person who raised their hand can lower it. Is that accurate or is there a way that I, as the host, can do this?
As a host, you cannot change any reactions from participants. They can do it on their end on phone or apps.
