How do I record my conferences?

To record your conferences:

  1. Dial your dial-in number and enter your access code followed by pound or hash (#).
  2. Next, press * and enter your host PIN followed by pound or hash (#).
  3. Press *9, then 1 to begin recording the call. The system will alert all participants that the conference is being recorded.

Note: You must be dialed in as the host (i.e., enter the post PIN when prompted) to activate the recording feature.
