It sounds like this problem is being caused by the DTMF tones on your phone. You may want contact your phone provider and ask that they lengthen your DTMF tones in order for you to use our service with the specific phone you were having issues with. You may also try our back-up number: (805)360-1075. When you call the back-up number, the system will prompt you to type in your conference dial-in number and access code followed by the # key. Please keep in mind if you are the host of the call, you will need to dial the access code, followed by the * key.
I am able to connect to my conference call line, however when I enter my access code it states it's incorrect and I have to re-enter the access code. Please help?
