I am not able to connect to my conference call line, I am getting a busy signal. Please help?

You may use our back-up number 781-xxx-xxxx, if you or your participants are having any issues connecting to the conference line. These numbers are available 24/7. When you call the back-up number, the system will prompt you to enter your conference dial-in number, and access code. If you are the host, you will need to type in the host pin code.

“You may use our backup number 781-xxx-xxxx”. That xxx-xxxx doesn’t help…unless you are meaning that the number is 781-999-9999, in which case it should be displayed as such.

There might have been some intermediate carrier problems causing the problems on your call. As far as we know the issue was resolved by now.
