I am unable to connect to my FreeConferenceCall desktop application, I am receiving an error message stating “please check your connection, proxy server,” how can I fix that?

You are able to check your network connection through your FreeConferenceCall desktop application. Once you launch the application on the lower right hand side you will select “Check Connection.” In order for this application to run properly all connections must be checked off as green.

Hi - I’m receiving the same error - I all items under “Check Connection” show green checkmarks - what else can I do to troubleshoot?

Still receiving the same error today 3/23/2020 - tried to uninstall/reinstall desktop app & now can’t redownload desktop app.
