Hello – I am testing the software to determine if I want to buy for long-term use. This was my first time recording. I see the recording in the history but when I click, I get an error. This was about a 2-hr recording. Please tell me it’s not gone! Am I doing something wrong?

Here’s the error:

Firefox can’t find the file at https://rs0000.freeconferencecall.com/storage/sgetFCC2/IuqV3/ISUNc.video.mp4.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

I successfully downloaded and accessed the file recording you shared using Google Chrome. Additionally, you can log into your account online and navigate to the History & Recordings page to view all recordings associated with your account.
