Invalid recording. Contact Customer Care for more information

Hello – I am testing the software to determine if I want to buy for long-term use. This was my first time recording. I see the recording in the history but when I click, I get an error. This was about a 2-hr recording. Please tell me it’s not gone! Am I doing something wrong?

Here’s the error:

Firefox can’t find the file at

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
