Would it be possible to have a IVR included for virtual phone? (then it would become something like a phone system)
We are thinking about something like this. Most likely this will be included into the version of our product that will work for teams.
In meanwhile you may check other our products like www.simplevoicebox.com and www.simplevoicecenter.com. They are somewhat old but still popular and may give you what you may be looking for.
