Issues with logging in via iPad / phone:
- Can no longer see videos of other participants when someone is presenting. Can only see the presentation.
- Can no longer see what is being broadcasted when someone is presenting. Can only see the presentation.
It was not like this in the past.
Are you a host or are you a participant on these meetings? Usually, if you use mobile devices, you can only see the shared screen as your main screen.
Hmmm… we typically have attendees that use iPads only and they said they were able to see the speaker even when presenting. Didn’t have complaints until July 3. Therefore, I did a trial run with my different devices (both as host and as a participant) and indeed one cannot see the video images of other attendees when using either iPad or iPhone.
