Under my call history, I can see prior recorded calls listed. But the reference number field is all blank so I can’t direct folks to listen to a specific recorded call.
In order to get reference numbers, is by activating the recording feature during the call. Once the call is completed you can then go your “History & Recordings” page to view the reference number. Please note that we do not automatically record conference calls.
by me it skips numbers in an unorganized way. can the reference numbers be done in a order?
