No sound on audio conference

Hi. I have a problem where, while on a conference call, when switching from my iphone to to my Airpod Pros or from my car Bluetooth to my iphone or Airpods, I can not hear the call anymore. I can see on the app that the call is still going but I can’t hear anything.

This has happened on different iphones, different IOS versions and different versions of Airpod Pros. An ideas?

You can check Profile - Additional Settings - Bluetooth profile to switch between “Hands-free” and “Headset” modes. Also you can switch between devices during the meeting (check screenshots)
