I just purchased the one number feature as an annual subscription. However, it does not work. I am prompted to enter a password upon calling the one number. Why do I, as the host, or callers need to enter anything??? Also, how do I stop the music?
I simply want to dial the number and start a call without hoopla and having to enter several numbers.

I think you should check your server firstly maybe it is a sever error.
@user3475272 According to me you might need to adjust the settings or check the setup instructions. entering a password is for security but you can often configure settings to streamline the process.
For the music there should be an option to disable or change it in the settings. I suggest that you can checking the help resources & contacting support for specific guidance on these issues.
