In order to see “Meeting Lobby” host needs to log in with Desktop or Mobile app, or on Website. If so, host will see participants connecting with any device, app or phone and would be able to accept or decline them

Thank you for your answer, I have done new test and effectively when a phone is connected before meeting is open, the phone number is in the waiting list
