Problem with phone call

Hi Friends!
I have a problem with phone calls to access a conference.
By doing some tests, if I call the Italian number +390645200644 and add my access code followed by # I can access the conference, but after a few seconds the line drops and I am excluded from the conference.

How can I do to avoid this problem?

Hello,

we are sorry, we had few hours of this problem for our European customers. now everything shall be good. Please give it another try.
Please also consider using our mobile/desktop/web client. It may help you if there are difficulties with the regular telephones.
