Problem with web based client

When someone tries to Join Online Meeting through web based client (Chrome and Firefox browsers) there is no way to press the blue Join button, after completing name and email, as it’s always disabled. Previously there was an “Accept” cookies button needed be pressed before Join button was enabled. It doesn’t appear anymore. I need your help. Thank you!
