Recording meetings for later use - with presentation sound

We are trying to create/record a meeting for staff who cannot attend. The meeting is playing a presentation in Adobe Flash Player with sound. When the meeting is recorded, the recording does not play the sound coming from the presentation. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Here is the workaround that you may try to use in meanwhile:

  • make your adobe playing out to one device (speaker)
  • make your conference call to play to another device (lets say headphones)

In this case the mic might be able to pick up the sound from another speaker (as if you make this sound yourself)

If the conference application and your flash player are using the same device echo cancellation algorithm may suppress the mic during the flash player audio playback.
