I’m a new user of FreeConferenceCall and wanted to know if there was any way, in the UK, to remove the freeconferencecall.com greeting at the start of the message. We have some clients who might find the greeting concerning or off-putting.
We’re happy to pay to do so - I just wasn’t sure whether the custom greeting feature would replace the freeconferencecall.com greeting or whether it was in addition to it!

For US market we have a feature called OneNumber. It gives you a personal dial in number that doesn’t have the access code and allows you to remove the welcome prompt
For UK we don’t have it but we have a sister product www.startmeeting.com that has all the same features tailored for the enterprise customers. Please check it out. It may give you what you want as it doesn’t have Free conference Call greeting.
