Is there a way to save the email invitation from meeting to meeting without haveing to type it in each time? I have Google Contacts.
Sorry, this is not possible.
Please note though that the invitation instructions don’t change from meeting to meeting (unless you change you meetingID or accesscode). So it is perfectly fine if you use Google Calendar or other tools to send invitations to your participants. Just copy the instructions (meeting link and phone numbers) from our invitation and paste it to your client of choice.
I hope that Google gives more flexibility when it comes to managing addresses.
