Can contacts be saved?
I want to see the names of people who are on a conference call and not phone numbers

You can edit the numbers that are dialed into your conference line at the time of the conference call. To do this you will need to log into your account online. Once you are logged in you will click on the “Meeting Wall” tab at the top of the screen. On your web controls you will hover over their number and then click the pencil edit icon to add a name.
Once you save the name to that number, when that caller dials back into your conference line you will see their names will appear.
