Is screen share capabilities only limited to the host using a free account? Or, do all participants in the meeting have the ability to share their screen?
Hello! Participants are able to share their screen, but only if the host gives them control of the meeting by making them the presenter. To do this, the host will right click on the desired presenter’s name in the attendee list, then choosing the “switch presenter” option. Note that if the chosen participant is not connected via our desktop application, our system will prompt them to download it as it is required to share your screen.
