Screensharing slows down the whole computer

I have notice that when I screenshare, my whole computer seems to be slow. CPU usage and memory usage is very high. The webcam/camera sharing is no issue. It is specifically screensharing that slows down the system.

Hello, do you think it is started recently?
Please try to change capturing method to “Dup”. Does it make any difference?
