I was able to add names to the phone numbers of the callers who called in during our last meeting. Will those names be retained the next time they call in? Is there a place I can add names and numbers of our conference group?
At this time you can only edit the names when on a live conference call. Once you have added names to the numbers that are on the call if those callers dial back into your conference line those saved names will appear. A nominal fee to retain the attendees would be good for a recurring population such as a church. It speeds up knowing who is new and who (senior citizens) is out.
