This topic is to share tips and feature requests to improve the use and management of contacts in FCC. The contacts list in FCC does not synchronize with other contact lists that already exist. For instance, if someone uses Outlook or uses MacOS multiple contact lists with duplicates have to be maintained. Please share what you are doing to mitigate contact list management overhead and don’t be shy about suggesting how to improve this feature.
FCC contacts should have some kind of synchronizing tool for Outlook and Apple Contacts. We use multiple programs for meetings, email and VOIP. Thankfully, there is some synching capability with Outlook and Apple contacts, but my FCC contacts don’t have any built-in synching ability with either of these very common contact lists.
