User drops sharing screen

Trying to have my friend host so he can share and allow me control… however we connect and it shows that he is in the room. The second that he tried to shares his screen he is dropped.

I have tried this a few times tonight and each time he will stay connected until he does that.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
