The instructions for “Online Meetings” tell how participants may use a web browser (preferably the latest Chrome or Firefox) to join a conference meeting.
Where do I get the online meeting link to give to my participants who want to use Web Viewer?
I know the meeting ID but can’t find the link.

The meeting link is formed like this

https://join.freeconferencecall.com/[onlinemeetingid] - if you want user to join instantly
or
https://www.freeconferencecall.com/wall/[onlinemeetingid] - if you want them to see the wall first and then decide if they are going to join

Those links are not a secret knowledge, they are seen in the invitations that you can generate via the web, desktop/mobile clients or Outlook integration

Here is how invitation looks

Dial-in number (US): (563) 999-2913
International dial-in numbers: https://fccdl.in/i/[onlinemeeitngid]
Online meeting ID: [onlinemeeitngid]
Join the online meeting: https://join.freeconferencecall.com/[onlinemeeitngid]

For additional assistance connecting to the meeting text "Help" to the Dial-In number above. Message and data rates may apply.

To extend the question… just recently, people invited are being “forced” or directed to download and I would prefer not to force that. Is there a way to provide a link that only attempts to use the Web Viewer/browser when people join the meeting?

Yes, I think we can do it. I’ll post here a link that opens the web app right away

Please be advised though, the web app is not yet that advanced as desktop or mobile app

The “start_viewer” ignores everything and just starts the web viewer

Thank you. However, this doesn’t work when opened on an Android device. It throws the following error:

Web page not available
The web page at freeconferencecall://launch?token=266073ed4a13c3712c2ff353530c8346 could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

For Android there is no Web access. It works only on laptop/PC browsers. You can use Free Conference Call mobile app.
